Three years ago I promised myself I would get healthy. I would lose my excess baggage. I would become strong, motivated and proud. I was always the fat funny girl with the 'pretty face'. I changed my whole mind set on food, exercise and lifestyle. I never went on a diet, I made a lifestyle change. Over these years I have lost 30kg (66lbs) and have transformed my body. Its been the hardest thing I have ever done, but the most rewarding. I couldn't imagine living any other way now. I am addicted to the way clean eating and regular exercise make me feel. My aim here is to keep myself and others motivated on their journeys to a better version of themselves. I will post things that inspire me, make my tummy growl and things I find funny and precious.
